My Healthy Collection

The biggest passions in my life are health and fitness. I love learning about how the body functions. I love experimenting with nature’s delicious foods. I love discovering new ways to challenge my body and improve my fitness level. It’s really amazing how many different strategies there are to be healthy. As a personal trainer, I feel that it is my job to be a walking billboard for health. I treat my body as a temple by feeding it right and exercising it every day. I also feel that it is my responsibility to learn all the different roads and pathways there are to being fit and healthy. The fact is, what works for one person might not work for someone else. I have a wide spectrum of clients and each one of them requires a different recipe for success. Therefore, a lot of my time is spent reading and researching about the body, food, and exercise. I want to share with you my health and fitness collection that fuels my passion and help me lead my clients to success. Here they are (click the links for more information on the books):
